1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the CrowdConnect application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

CrowdConnect is operated by Matrix Connects (KVK 27281688) and BlueGlobal B.V. (KVK 80040934), collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our."

2. Service Description

CrowdConnect is a web-based revelation tool designed for professional magicians and performers. The application enables:

• Synchronized audience experiences via QR code scanning
• Customizable reveal animations and client branding
• Redirect functionality for reviews, social media, or lead capture

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CrowdConnect for your personal professional performances for the duration specified in your license agreement.

3.2 Permitted Use

You may use CrowdConnect:

• In live performances (close-up, parlor, stage)
• At corporate events, private functions, and public shows
• To collect reviews, followers, and leads from your audience

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and these Terms
• Not sharing your account or license with others

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are generally not available. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5.3 Service Discontinuation

In the event that CrowdConnect is discontinued before the end of your license period, no refunds will be issued. However, we commit to:

• Making every reasonable effort to maintain the service for the duration of your license
• Providing advance notice if discontinuation becomes necessary
• Working with affected users to find alternative solutions that preserve the value of your purchase where possible

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

CrowdConnect, including its software, design, branding, and methodology, is owned by Matrix Connects and BlueGlobal B.V. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to CrowdConnect (such as custom branding or reveal content). By using our service, you grant us a license to use this content solely for providing the service to you.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the service may be used by us without any obligation to you.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service
• Share, resell, or sublicense your access to others
• Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Publicly expose the lead generation or review collection methodology
• Use the service in any way that could damage our reputation or the reputation of the magic community

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CrowdConnect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific results (such as number of reviews or leads) will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix Connects and BlueGlobal B.V. shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or any other losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Service interruptions, discontinuation, or unavailability
• Any other matter relating to the service

You expressly agree that you cannot claim damages against us under any circumstances related to the service. Our maximum aggregate liability, if any liability is found despite these terms, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. No refunds will be provided for early termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of CrowdConnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
