Webinar & Training Terms

1. Introduction
These terms apply specifically to CrowdConnect webinars, live trainings, and content accessible after opting in (behind a registration form).
By registering for or attending any webinar or training, or by accessing opt-in content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or access the content.
CrowdConnect is operated by Matrix Connects (KVK 27281688) and BlueGlobal B.V. (KVK 80040934).

2. Confidentiality Agreement
Important: By registering for or attending a webinar, live training, or accessing opt-in content, you agree to keep the following confidential:
- The specific methods, strategies, and techniques shared in webinars and trainings
- How CrowdConnect is used as a tool for collecting reviews, leads, or followers
- The business conversion mechanism behind the magical reveal
- Any proprietary information, case studies, or results shared during webinars
This confidentiality requirement exists to protect the effectiveness of the system for all users. When the methodology becomes widely known, it loses its impact.
3. Restrictions on Sharing
3.1 Public Disclosure Prohibited
You agree NOT to:
- Post, share, or discuss the lead collection or review generation methodology on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Share webinar or training content in public or private forums, groups, or communities
- Write blog posts, articles, or create videos about how CrowdConnect works as a business tool
- Share screenshots, recordings, or transcripts from webinars or trainings
- Discuss the business conversion mechanism in any publicly visible online space
3.2 What You May Share
You are permitted to:
- Discuss CrowdConnect as a magical effect or revelation tool
- Share that you attended a webinar (without disclosing content)
- Recommend the webinar or product to colleagues privately
4. Recording Prohibited
Recording Strictly Prohibited:
- You may NOT record, screenshot, or capture any part of our webinars or live trainings
- You may NOT broadcast or restream webinar content
- You may NOT use AI transcription tools during live webinars or trainings
5. Breach of Terms
If you breach these Terms, particularly the confidentiality provisions, we reserve the right to:
- Revoke your access to future webinars and content
- Terminate any product license you may hold
- Seek damages for any harm caused by unauthorized disclosure
6. Disclaimer
The information provided in our webinars and trainings is for educational and informational purposes. Results shared are examples and not guarantees. Individual results will vary based on factors including effort, market conditions, and implementation.
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix Connects and BlueGlobal B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance at webinars or use of training content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued access to webinars or training content after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
