Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. About This Policy

This policy explains your refund and cancellation rights when purchasing CrowdConnect from BlueGlobal B.V. CrowdConnect is a web-based tool (SaaS) that also includes proprietary methodology and performance routines.

We offer a voluntary 14-Day Test Guarantee on all purchases (see Section 2). Your statutory rights depend on whether your purchase is classified as a business (B2B) or consumer (B2C) transaction. Both categories are described below.

2. Voluntary 14-Day Test Guarantee

Separate from any statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 14-Day Test Guarantee on all purchases made directly through our checkout.

• If CrowdConnect is not for you, email us within 14 calendar days of purchase and we will refund your original license fee in full.
• This is a voluntary commercial guarantee offered by BlueGlobal B.V.
• It applies only to the initial license purchase.
• It is separate from and does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable law.

In practice, this means anyone who contacts us within 14 days of purchase will receive a full refund, regardless of any statutory classification below.

3. Consumer Purchases (EU/EEA) - Statutory Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer from within the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). No reason is required to exercise this right.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@crowdconnect.pro or use the model withdrawal form in Section 7 below.

• You may exercise your right within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.
• We will reimburse all payments received without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
• Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Our voluntary 14-Day Test Guarantee (Section 2) provides equivalent or broader protection.

4. Business Purchases (B2B)

Purchases made using business details (such as a company name or VAT number) will generally be treated as business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

• EU consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to B2B purchases.
• Refunds are not available for B2B purchases except where required by applicable law or at our discretion.
• If you believe your purchase was incorrectly categorised as B2B, please contact us at info@crowdconnect.pro and we will review your case.

5. Faulty or Non-Conforming Product

If CrowdConnect does not function as described, or does not meet the objective and subjective conformity requirements under Directive 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, you may be entitled to a remedy.

Remedies may include:

• Bringing the product into conformity;
• A proportionate price reduction; or
• Termination of the contract.

These rights apply for the duration of the contract (your license period) and are separate from the right of withdrawal. Please contact us at info@crowdconnect.pro to report any conformity issues.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under any of the above, email info@crowdconnect.pro with the following:

• Your full name
• The email address used at purchase
• The date of purchase

For statutory withdrawal: no reason is required and we will not ask for one.

For the voluntary 14-day guarantee or discretionary requests: a brief description of why helps us assist you more quickly, though it is not required.

We will respond within 5 business days.

Upon processing a refund, your access to CrowdConnect will be revoked and your license will be deactivated.

7. Model Withdrawal Form

You are not required to use this form. Any clear written statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient. This form is provided as required by Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
